The holiday cottages of Red House Farm form part of a group of Grade II listed buildings dating from 1760.
The Cottage "Old Sheaf Store" is in the newest section of the barn of Red House Farm having been built around 1830. We have named the cottage after its original usage.
To take advantage of wonderful views along the dale and into the Esk Valley, we have put the living area of the cottage upstairs and the two double bedrooms on the ground floor.

The living area of the holiday cottage is open plan with the kitchen.
All the luxuries of modern living, central heating (although we have also added a wood stove), dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the sitting room and 14 " TVs in bedrooms.
We can provide a high chair, stairgate and cot for the cottage.
Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
To maintain the barn character of the cottage we have painted walls rather than plastered, used old farm artefacts, polished and put rugs on old boards and when possible, used period furniture.
The Old Sheaf Store can be booked with The Threshing Barn and The Hayloft to accommodate up to 10 guests.
