Red House Farm

Red House FarmRed House Farm is located in Glaisdale Dale just 400m from the village of Glaisdale in the Esk Valley  near Whitby and consists of a group of buildings dating from the mid 1600s. We operate as a smallholding and have Longhorn cows, hens and ducks but no tractors or modern farm buildings.

Red House FarmWalking and sight-seeing are the most popular activities for the area. Several excellent walks start from the doorstep of our house, and we are only about 1/4 mile from Wainwright's Coast-to-Coast Walk, which goes across Glaisdale rigg and onto Glaisdale village road.

Red House FarmWe are delighted to be included in the North York Moors National Park's list of Yorkshire Treasures. Hope you have a look and return to book a visit with us. We would love to see you here in Glaisdale.
Please have a look at our Gallery for more scenes of Red House Farm, Glaisdale, the Esk Valley and  Whitby. Many guests come year after year to spend recreational holidays at our B&B and holiday cottages here in the North York Moors near Whitby!
